Different coloured construction paper is arguably the most aesthetic option for paper flowers, but printer paper will suffice as well. Stems: For most cases, floral wire is the best. One helpful trick is to pull a corner of a sheet of printer paper over to the other diagonal side of the paper as far as it can comfortably go.
