How To Make a Lingering Potion in Minecraft
First, you must gather all of the ingredients and build a brewing stand.
Craft Blaze Powder using 1 Blaze Rod. Make a Crafting Table out of 4 wood planks. You can use any type of plank (Warped Planks, Crimson Planks, etc. ). Place the Crafting Table on the ground and open it to bring up the 3X3 crafting grid. Craft a Brewing Stand. Put a Blaze Rod in the middle of the top row and three Cobblestones in the middle row. Place the Brewing Stand on the ground and interact with it to open the brewing menu. Put 1 Blaze Powder in the upper-left box to activate the Brewing Stand. Put any Splash Potion in one of the bottom boxes of the brewing menu. You can turn any regular Potion into a Splash Potion by adding Gunpowder, then add Dragon’s Breath to make a Lingering Potion. Put Dragon’s Breath in the top box of the brewing menu. Wait for the progress bar to fill. When the brewing process is finished, you’ll have a Lingering Potion that you can add to your inventory,

Just add Dragon’s Breath to any Splash Potion to turn it into a Lingering Potion. For example:
The effects of Lingering Potions are diluted compared to other variants. A Lingering Potion of Healing, for instance, will restore half the amount of health as a regular or Potion of Healing. That said, the effect stacks if you stay inside the cloud, so you can easily replenish all of your health.

How To Make Tipped Arrows in Minecraft
